Refund Policy

14 days, no drama. If BillOnce Lifetime isn't for you, reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. The associated license key is revoked when the refund completes.

Payments, taxes, and refunds are handled by Waffo as Merchant of Record, so refunds arrive by the original payment method; depending on your bank this can take a few business days to appear.

Because the free tier already contains the entire core product, a purchase mainly removes the footer and unlocks extras — we ask only that you actually try the app before buying, and we'll refund in good faith either way.

Edge cases: repeated refund-and-repurchase cycles may be declined to prevent abuse. Statutory consumer rights (including EU/UK withdrawal rights) are unaffected and handled via Waffo.
